CW pieces use DTFx printing, a modern process designed for strong, long-lasting prints. With normal wear and good care (cold wash, inside-out, and hang dry), the artwork can withstand 50–100+ washes without major fading or cracking. That’s years of life for most people.
Like all printed garments, care makes a difference: high heat and rough wash cycles can shorten the lifespan. But even without perfect care, your piece will still hold up well and look good for a long time.

Yes. I often put up polls and lore-based prompts where you can vote or suggest ideas for future drops. CW is built for lore lovers, so audience input matters.

Short answer: Sales are baked in, so you never miss out on one.
Long Answer: CW is built on fair, straightforward pricing. I don’t inflate prices only to slash them later, and I don’t push customers into “buy now or lose out” tactics. Every product is priced at what it’s worth from the start, so you can buy with confidence instead of second-guessing.
The only exceptions are through influencer codes (usually 5–10% off) and the loyalty program. Influencers help spread the word about CW, and in turn, the collaboration and codes help support the creators and their followers.

I offer a one-time size exchange to make sure you get a product you can enjoy. In most cases, you’ll also be able to keep the original item, so you don’t need to worry about shipping anything back, since each piece is made to order, standard returns aren’t possible.

Each piece is made to order. It typically takes 2–5 business days for items to be produced before shipping. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier option you chose at checkout.
Most orders ship in 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location but usually range from 3–7 business days in the U.S. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking link.

No, it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses, accrue points, and track your package online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
