Tracking & Shipments

Fulfillment

CW uses Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to handle both printing and shipping. As such, the overwhelming majority of fulfillment, shipping policies, and reprints are handled by them. This collaboration allows CW to focus on creating unique designs while ensuring quality and reliability in production and delivery.

Shipping Speeds

Each piece is made to order. It typically takes 2–5 business days for items to be produced before shipping. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier option you chose at checkout.

You’ll get email updates along the way, including tracking once your order leaves our workshop. Most orders ship in 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but usually range from 3–7 business days in the U.S. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a tracking link.

Do note- this does not include the time to make and package the product.

Tracking Orders

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Address Errors

To ensure delivery of your order, please input your information and address accurately.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship once you confirm an updated address, but reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

CW cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Failed deliveries

If your address was entered correctly and the carrier failed to deliver, contact CW at contact@crudeworks.shop, and I'll work with them to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates and times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customs or import fees may apply, and these are the buyer's responsibility.

Customs & Fees

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local taxes. Your country’s customs office sets these charges, and they are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship packages DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), which means these fees are not collected by Crude Works at checkout. They may be due upon delivery, and in some cases, carriers will charge them as Collect on Delivery (COD) fees.

By law, customs authorities require us (through our print partners) to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs agents can release, delay, or—in rare cases—deny your shipment. Any additional fees are paid directly to your local carrier or government.

Pertaining to items bought

Ordered Wrong Size

CW offers a one-time size exchange to make sure you get a product you can enjoy. In most cases, you’ll also be able to keep the original item, so you don’t need to worry about shipping anything back, since each piece is made to order, standard returns aren’t possible.

Defects & Misprints

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Conditions Not Covered

CW doesn’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (“changed my mind”), customs or import fees, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or digital products once downloaded.
